Privacy Policy

Effective November 3, 2026.

ShipTight is operated by Game Gifted Entertainment LLC, an Arizona limited liability company (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we store

• The URL you scan and the findings from that scan.
• Masked versions of any keys we find. We never store full keys.
• Your email address.
• A hashed version of your IP address, used only for rate limiting.

How long we keep it

Free scan data is kept for 90 days. Data tied to a paid report or subscription is kept while your account is active.

Payments

Payment details are collected and stored by Stripe under its own privacy policy. We only receive your email, payment status and the last 4 digits of your card.

Service providers

• Supabase hosts our database and sign-in.
• Resend sends sign-in links and receipts.
• Vercel hosts the site.
• ActiveCampaign sends our optional marketing emails.

We don't sell your data.

Marketing emails

If you opt in on the scan form, we send you a 7-day guide after your free scan. We only send these emails if you opt in. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask support@shiptight.dev to delete your data at any time.

Children

ShipTight is not directed to children under 13.

Your rights and deleting your data

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your data. Email support@shiptight.dev to exercise them, and we'll delete your data within 7 days of a deletion request.
