Terms of Service

Last updated October 30, 2026

Effective November 3, 2026.

ShipTight is operated by Game Gifted Entertainment LLC, an Arizona limited liability company (“we”, “us”). By using ShipTight you agree to these Terms.

The service

ShipTight runs automated, non-intrusive checks against public web pages and gives you fix suggestions. Results are a best-effort signal, not a safety audit, penetration test or guarantee.

Scanning and consent

ShipTight only checks publicly reachable surfaces of a site (pages, headers, public JS bundles, DNS). It does not attempt to log in, exploit, or load-test anything. You confirm you own, or have the owner's permission to scan, every URL you submit. We may refuse or stop scans that appear unauthorized or abusive. You also agree to our Acceptable Use Policy.

Payments

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel Monitor any time from Manage billing. Cancellation stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Past periods are not refunded.

Because the Full Fix Report is delivered immediately, it is non-refundable unless the scan failed or the report was not delivered. In that case, email support@shiptight.dev within 14 days for a full refund.

Suspension

We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Liability

ShipTight is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for indirect damages or for issues our checks did not detect. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date.
